Discover the power of sound—both from nature and from within—to calm the mind and bring the body into balance. This is an opportunity to step away from noise and busyness, and instead experience deep listening and restoration.

Take this gentle walk through natural surroundings, slow down, breathe deeply, and tune into the sounds of the environment—rustling leaves, birdsong, and the rhythm of your own footsteps. Along the way, there will be moments of pause and simple mindfulness prompts to help you become more present and connected to the space around you. The session will then transition into a sound bath, where you can rest and be immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations. Using instruments such as chimes, drums, or singing bowls, the sound bath is designed to support relaxation, release tension, and create a sense of inner stillness.

You should leave feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and reconnected, with a sense of calm to carry with you beyond the session.

Walk in Sound is led by Andrew and Dawn from Fulfilment in Nature CIC, offering a calming and immersive experience that combines guided nature walking with a restorative sound bath.
