A fully funded online webinar on methods for successful volunteer recruitment, for organisations working with volunteers.
During this webinar you will learn more about effective volunteer recruitment, including:
• How to create an effective volunteer recruitment programme
• Producing appealing volunteer role profiles
• Advertising volunteer positions
• Selection and induction of new volunteers
By the end of the course questions you will be able to answer:
What are good strategies to recruit well?
What to do when you get applications?
What to put in place to help retain volunteers?
This course will be led by Community Action Suffolk and hosted by the Brecks Fen Edge and Rivers Landscape Partnership Scheme Volunteer Hub. The course is intended for BFER project partner organisations, and Brecks based VCFSE organisations working with volunteers.
