Win a place on a photography workshop with an award-winning photographer!
We’re thrilled to announce that we’re running another photography competition!
Our last one in 2023 was brilliant, with hundreds of amazing entries on our Festive Brecks theme. This time, the challenge is to capture your best shot of the Wild Brecks.
The Theme:
The Wild Brecks is in the spirit of our celebration of 100 years of WG Clarke’s “In Breckland Wilds” nature book. Clarke wrote about everything around him 100 years ago, from plants and animals, to landscapes and towns, even ghost stories and local dialect. He spent his whole life recording the Wild Brecks and now it’s our turn.
The Deadline:
You have from now until Friday the 20th June to give us your best shot and we’ll announce the winner at a special exhibition event on Saturday the 5th of July. We will contact those shortlisted in advance of this event.
First Prize:
A free place on a day’s photography workshop with award-winning photographer Kevin Sawford!
Explore the art of nature photography in summer at Suffolk Wildlife Trust reserve, Lackford Lakes on Saturday the 13th of September. You can find out more about the course here: Summer photography at the Lakes
