Meet the sheep in the Market Square – meet the sheep that graze parts of the town’s wonderful habitats managed by the council. No need to book, just come along and see!

Meet the volunteers – explore displays from local volunteer groups about the work they do in the town. No need to book, just drop-in for a chat.

Build your own bird box – encourage birds into your own green space by building your own bird box that you can take home with you. This activity is completely free, but booking is essential. There are time slots available throughout the day. All ages welcome – under 16s must be supervised by an adult. Please note: each slot equates to 1 bird box, if you would like to make more than one, you will need to book multiple spaces.
