Forest Bathing at West Stow
Join us as we take a walk through West Stow Country Park, giving you an opportunity to truly slow down and unwind. More

Join forager and wild craft enthusiast Wild for Woods for a unique experience at West Stow Country Park this autumn, foraging, cooking, and sampling nature’s produce.
You will take part in a guided walk through the country park and along the scenic riverside of the River Lark, discovering edible plants and learning about the Brecks landscape.
You will then experience some camp stove cooking, and sample some locally sourced natural delicacies.

Cost: Free to participants with thanks to the support of the National Lottery Heritage Fund
Age: For adults and ages 7+ (all children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult)

Parking: Parking is available in the main West Stow Country Park visitor car park. Please note that parking charges will apply.
