Outdoor Swimming intro for adults and 13 plus
An exciting opportunity to try out Outdoor Swimming in the Brecks in a safe and friendly session with qualified lifeguards and experienced swimmer volunteers. Come and have a go and learn how to enjoy water safely at Lynford Water (approved by Forestry England) in a safe and friendly session with lifeguards, volunteers and some fun activities on swimming safety and care for the environment.
Outdoor Swimming Intro afternoon sessions for adults and 13+ (free): have a go and learn how to enjoy water safely & responsibly – look out for risks, cope with fears, have fun.

The event is for adults and 13 plus young people who have not been to an intro session before, are new to swimming outdoors and would like to have a go or would like to learn more about doing it safely in the Brecks.
