Free Nordic Walking Taster Sessions with Positive Steps Fitness and Wellbeing
Wednesday 13th October – 2pm and 3:30pm
If you’ve ever wondered if Nordic Walking might be for you and want to do something different to get healthy this might be just the thing for you! As part of the BFER Health and Wellbeing events programme, Positive Steps Fitness and Wellbeing will be delivering free Nordic Walking Taster Sessions. The taster session will help you understand just how beneficial Nordic walking can be and how it is far more than just walking with poles!
Poles will be provided for the taster sessions.
