Discover that nature has its own rhythm—and so do you. Step away from the pressures of daily life and reconnect with a more natural pace, exploring movement, stillness, and awareness without judgement or expectation. Take a gentle journey through the beautiful natural surroundings of Knettishall Heath, and slow down and tune into the rhythms of the environment—whether that’s the sound of the wind through trees, the movement of water, or the subtle patterns of wildlife. Through guided prompts, moments of reflection, and elements of free, intuitive movement inspired by Groove, find your space to connect with nature in a deeper, more embodied way.

Let go, be present, and move in whatever way feels right for you. It’s time to feel grounded, uplifted, and more connected.

Nature’s Rhythm is led by Andrew from Fulfilment in Nature CIC, offering a unique outdoor experience that blends guided nature connection, mindful awareness, and expressive movement.
