Jackdaw 10K Social Run
Join us for a free 10K group run following footpaths and byways in a loop from, and back to, Honington, and which explores Troston and Sapiston in Suffolk’s Black Bourn Valley.
Whether you are an experienced 10k runner, or someone looking to challenge yourself for a longer run, this is a great opportunity to explore running in a new area. It is also a chance to join a friendly and social non-competitive group run, led by a qualified guide.
The group leader will run at the pace of the slowest runner. For those wishing to go ahead, each runner will be supplied with a route map and a GPX file to be used on your smart watch/phone.
