Introduction to Sound Bathing

Join a relaxing hour of restful sound bath meditation, with experienced sound therapist Nicky (Sound and Ground).

During the session, you will sit or lay down comfortably and listen to a variety of sounds played on soothing instruments.
You will begin with a short spoken meditation led by Nicky, which is designed to help you drop into a state of relaxation. Nicky will then play a variety of sound therapy instruments including gongs, chimes, drum and singing bowls to take you on a journey of relaxation through some evocative sounds. This will allow you to simply be immersed in sound and enjoy the opportunity to rest.

Some people fall asleep in a sound bath, others just rest. You may even feel in a dreamy half asleep state! It’s a different experience for each person. The best thing you can do is come with an open mind and enjoy an hour away from the hustle and bustle of life! This session is a great introductory opportunity for anyone who would like to try Sound Bathing for the first time.

What this experience offers:

A live, immersive and intuitively created soundscape.
Space to rest away from distractions of every day life.
A chance to turn inwards and focus on yourself.

Benefits for you:

Restore balance to your nervous system.

Harmonise your emotional state.
Release of stress and tension or stuck emotions.
