Introduction to Outdoor Swimming: People with additional needs and their carers

An exciting opportunity for anyone with additional needs of any kind to attend an introductory outdoor swimming session with their carer.

Come and have a go at outdoor swimming in a safe and relaxed session with small numbers. There is no pressure to get in the water, with support if you do, from qualified lifeguards and experienced swimmer volunteers. This is for people with additional needs (including being suitable for those who suffer from anxiety) with their carers (if appropriate) who are new to swimming outdoors and would like to have a go or would like to learn more about doing it safely.
