Join us to explore the practices of meditation and breathwork at West Stow Country Park.

As part of our Wellbeing at West Stow series of Mindful Monday activities, join local practitioner Yoga with Tracey for an introduction to Pranayama (the Science of Breath). You will learn breath techniques and exercises to soothe your body and calm your mind, followed by an introduction to guided mediation.
Each session will take place from: 5.30pm-6.30pm
