Join us at West Stow Anglo Saxon Village to experience and find out all about Dance Journeys.
Intro to Dance Journeys
Take part to discover the incredible medicine of free movement and expression. The session will be fun and playful with the emphasis of understanding how intuitive movement, no matter how big or small, has such transformative power in our lives. Discover why this dance in particular is so special and what meaning it has to each of us
During the session, as a group you will have the opportunity to experience dance with and without a blindfold. You will explore questions including:

Time: 10am-12pm
Cost: Free of charge
What to wear: Please wear suitable clothing to move in and be warm enough in. People are welcome to dance in bare feet. Please note that the ground can be uneven in places, there may also be a few stones or small nettles underfoot.
Parking: Available in the main car park at West Stow Country Park and Anglo-Saxon Village. Please note parking charges apply.
