West Stow Country Park and Anglo-Saxon Village, IP28 6HG

Intro to Dance Journeys

Take part to discover the incredible medicine of free movement and expression.  The session will be fun and playful with the emphasis of understanding how intuitive movement, no matter how big or small, has such transformative power in our lives. Discover why this dance in particular is so special and what meaning it has to each of us

During the session, as a group you will have the opportunity to experience dance with and without a blindfold. You will explore questions including:

  • What makes this dance different?
  • What kind of music do we use?
  • Do I dance with anyone else?
  • What if I feel self-conscious or look silly dancing?
  • Why are these sessions non-instructive?
