Groove and Meditation

Slow down and tune in on this guided walk with moments of stillness and guided meditation, as well as opportunities to explore Groove—a simple, expressive movement practice where there are no steps to follow, just your own rhythm.

Take a walk across the wild and beautiful landscape of Knettishall Heath and allow yourself to be guided to slow down, tune into your senses, and reconnect with the environment. Along the way, there will be moments of stillness and guided meditation, as well as opportunities to explore Groove—a simple, expressive movement practice where there are no steps to follow, just your own rhythm and way of moving.

Remember that nature isn’t just something to look at—it’s something to feel, be part of, and move with. Let go of pressure, self-judgement, and overthinking, and instead tap into presence, creativity, and embodiment.
By the end of the session, you will feel lighter, more grounded, and more connected—to yourself, to others, and to the natural world around you. It’s not about performance or fitness; it’s about expression, wellbeing, and finding a sense of freedom in a supportive outdoor space.

This experience is led by Andrew supported by Amy Woods from Fulfilment in Nature CIC, combining guided nature walks with the transformative practice of Groove movement and meditation. Rooted in connection—to self, to others, and to the natural world—these sessions are designed to be inclusive, accessible, and freeing for all.
