Forest Bathing at West Stow
Slow down and unwind at West Stow Country Park.
Wednesday 20 July 2022, Wednesday 3 August 2022 and Wednesday 17 August 2022
Join local practitioner Nicky from Sound and Ground to take part in forest bathing. Forest Bathing is the ancient practice of slowing everything right down, engaging all of the senses, and truly immersing ourselves in our surroundings.
In these guided sessions, Nicky will encourage participants to walk slowly, talk little, and take notice of their surroundings. These sessions will incorporate mindfulness, meditation, ‘sit spot’ invitations, and a sprinkling of sound therapy. Each session conclude with a tea ceremony and sharing circle. Forest bathing can be a transformative practice that deepens our relationship with the natural world, and helps participants to realise their ‘oneness with nature’.
Forest Bathing at West Stow
Venue: West Stow Country Park (These sessions will take place outdoors)
Each session will take place: 5:30pm-6:30pm
