Forest Bathing at West Stow

Forest Bathing is the ancient practice of slowing everything right down, engaging all of our senses and truly immersing ourselves in our surroundings.

We walk slowly, talk little and notice so much more than we would normally. In this session you will experience mindfulness, meditation, ‘sit spot’ invitations and a sprinkling of sound therapy. The session will conclude with a tea ceremony and sharing circle. This can be a transformative practice that really deepens our relationship with the natural world and helps participants to realise their oneness with nature.

Booking required. For more information and to book, visit weststow.org via the ‘Book Now’ button above, or call: 01284 758000
