Fieldwalking – Archaeology Training Day (11th April)

A one-day training workshop in fieldwalking: hands-on history, exploring what lies hidden beneath our feet.

April 11, 2024
10.30am-3pm
Euston Estate, Euston IP24 2QP

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in some hands-on history, exploring what lies hidden beneath our feet. Fieldwalking involves the systematic collection of artefacts found on the surface of a field; the objects collected can give us a hint as to what archaeology might be in the area. You do not need to have any previous experience, just an interest in archaeology and history.

This fieldwalking training session takes part over one day on 11th April 2024

Booking fee of £10 per person applies. Suitable for ages 12+, under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
