Experience some living history with a visit to the Charles Burrell Museum, housed in the amazing heritage building where Charles Burrell Works actually painted their steam engines. Be transported back in time with the collection of engines from working miniatures to full size and each with their own name and character too – you might even see one puffing away outside the museum!
Collect a quiz sheet (one for adults, one for children) at the entrance and then explore the museum and learn about this place where, at one point, someone from almost every household in Thetford worked. Hand your answers in at the end of your visit and be in with a chance to win a prize!
