Chalk Pebble & Acorn cup lights workshop

Join us for a creative craft workshop at West Stow Country Park this autumn. You will have a go at nature crafts inspired by some of our ancient ancestors, and learn how to shape your own unique candle holder from a chalk pebble using carving tools. You will then discover how to utilise nutshells and nettles to create delightful miniature beeswax ‘nut -light’ candles.

This workshop is hosted by the Brecks Fen Edge and Rivers Landscape Partnership Scheme and will be delivered by Wild for Woods.

West Stow Country Park is a beautiful Brecks landscape with heathland, woodland, and riverside. This workshop will take place in the outdoor covered workshop area, a perfect peaceful setting to enjoy the natural environment.
