Aromatic Adventures sensory guided walk
Join us on an aromatic walk, a guided journey through nature led by your nose and sense of smell. Explore the beautiful landscape of West Stow Country Park on this sensory adventure, using a wide range of local plants and essential oils to sample an array of natural scents.
Aromatic plants produce a range of fragrant compounds from various parts including their roots, stems, leaves, flowers, and fruits. Studies have shown that these fragrances can offer numerous health benefits, such as relieving stress. Join us on a relaxing and welcoming stroll, as we slow down, take notice and tune into the natural environment around us.
