Aromatic Adventure sensory guided walk
Explore the beautiful landscape of RSPB Lakenheath Fen Nature Reserve on this calming sensory adventure. You will explore a wide range of local plants and essential oils to sample an array of natural scents.
Aromatic plants produce a range of fragrant compounds from various parts including their roots, stems, leaves, flowers, and fruits. Studies have shown that these fragrances can offer numerous health benefits, such as relieving stress. Join us on a relaxing and welcoming stroll, as we slow down, take notice, and tune into the natural environment around us.
