Start your Monday with Mindfulness by joining our early morning yoga at West Stow County Park.

As part of our Wellbeing at West Stow series of Mindful Monday activities, join us at West Stow Country Park for an early morning yoga ritual to start your week, led by local practitioner, Yoga with Tracey.
These hatha influenced, morning yoga sessions will combine movement with the breath to calm and energise.
Suitable for all levels of yoga experience (beginners welcome).
Each session will start at: 8am
