All ability cycle hire is now available from Bike Art at High Lodge Visitor Centre in Thetford Forest Park, organised by the Friends of Thetford Forest Park.
Bed and Breakfasts, Hotels, Self-catering cottages and camping and caravan sites also have specially designed accommodation for visitors with restricted mobility.
Berwick Cottage in East Harling is a purpose-built self-catering house, for people with disabilities and their family and carers. Sleeps 6 (2 with disabilities). Facilities include Scan 700 beds, Clos-O-Mat, bedroom to bathroom hoist, wheelchair shower and much more. National Accessibility Scheme – Grade 2 Hearing; Grade 2 Vision; Grade 4 Mobility.

The Thetford and District Access Group’s aims are to improve access for everybody and better social inclusion for disabled people. Disability awareness training can also be arranged via the West Norfolk Disability Information Service.
